PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES – Some pictures used in the auction are for example only. Please note the manufacturer part number of the item being sold and the written description. You can always look up the manufacture part number to compare and assure you are ordering the correct item. Please do not always go by the picture used in the auction as we sometimes need to use stock photos. If you have questions about the item please ask us first before you “buy it now” in the auction.
PAYPAL – We accept PayPal payments from both domestic and international users. We ship to the PayPal shipping address, which is the address provided to us in the PayPal payment. We cannot change shipping addresses in the payment. You must make sure your shipping address is up to date before you send payment or before you “buy it now” here in eBay.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – All credit card payments are accepted through paypal.com. We also accept direct credit card payments directly, but you must email us directly for a form to be filled out and emailed back to us for approval.
RETURNS – All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from all auctions, unless duly noted on the auction description.
BASIC SHIPPING INFORMATION – All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from the warehouse location. We do not offer pick-ups or will calls. Once the order has been processed and placed into transit we cannot change or modify the service or address. Shipping insurance is optional to purchase for your order. We are not responsible for loss or damage if the item is not insured.
SHIPPING TO APO, FPO AND PO BOXES – We can ship to APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses. Please be sure to select USPS (United States Postal Service) service for those addresses. Also Puerto Rico and Guam are United States addresses, just select United States as the country and enter in your zip code in the shipping calculator for shipping prices and quotes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION – Please note we are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by customs inspections or any logistical problems caused by the shipping service. All items are shipped in a timely manner. Please be sure to provide telephone number for all international shipments. Additionally, an up-to-date email is desired so we can give you a track number and you too can stay informed of the parcels process. Please send a phone number on your payment or we will not be able to ship your item.
If you are having this item shipped to AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND please add 25% to the international shipping fee indicated at the bottom of the auction
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES – We are not responsible for customs and tax fees collected for international shipments, these fees are all paid by the buyer once the item arrives and clears customs in your country. All items shipped out of the United States to foreign countries are subject to customs and taxes charged by their country. PRODUCT WARRANTY – All parts are warranties are coverage and claims are made through us for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Payment is expected within 7 days of auctions closing. If you have an issue and need more time please email us and let us know.
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item in order to make a warranty or incorrectly shipped item claim.
Products must be returned in new condition with the original boxes and materials.
Products returned damaged or in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
Before sending anything back for any reason please email us and get a return authorization form emailed to you. You will need to include this form in the box with your return. We will not accept any returns without this form - NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you received anything other than the item you ordered we require that the item must come back to us before we will ship out the replacement.
